I recommend that you have your lashes removed correctly by a professional and not picked/pulled off as this will result in damage to your natural lashes. Please ensure you book in for a removal at least 2 days before re application of a new set as removal reside could potentially cause poor lash retention on your fresh set.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please try to give at least 48hrs notice. All bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48hr notice requires a deposit to be paid to secure future appointments. No-show's will be unable to book future appointments.
